BTS

This post is about my favourite group, and one of the most famous one in the Korean culture.

The group is called BTS also known as Bangtan Sonyeondan
(방탄소년단).

Is a boy group with 7 members, under BigHit Entretainment. They started the 13th of June in 2013.

In the beginning of their career they weren't that popular and even recognised, but now they are (in my opinion) the best group of this type of music. When their last album was released, they entered in "The Billboard Awards", that is very important in the USA and in the world.

Their integrants are:

  • Rap Monster (Kim Namjoon): He's the leader of the group and also the main rapper. He's also known as Dance Monster because he can't dance like the others do. His other nickmnames are "Monnie, RapMon, RM and Leader Mon". He published a mixtape in 2014 and also some cover of songs. He also did a collaboration track for the soundtrack of the film "Fantastic Four", the Korean Version. He's the only original member that is still in the group, the others left before debut.

  • Kim Seokjin (Jin): He's the oldest and also the visual of the group. He doesn't dance well, but he tries hard to dance like the others members do. He thinks Rap Monster is his dancemate. His nicknames are "Pink Princess, Omma Jin (mother in Korean) and Car Door Guy". He has a sentence that represents him: "Do you know ANNYEONGHASEYO?". He said that in a trip they made in Sweden and in Norway in the beginning of 2016.

  • Min Yoongi (SUGA): He's also the main rapper of the group and a dancer. He's called "Min Suga and Min-PD". The members of the group, also call him "Grandpa of BTS" because he doesn't like to move. He dropped a mixtape in August of 2016, under the name of "AGUST D". He has a large experience in composing music.

  • Jung Hoseok (J-HOPE): He's the main dancer and one of the rappers. He's sometimes a vocalist. His nicknames are "Hobi and Hope", because of his artistic name. He published in SoundCloud a single called "1VERSE". Before he entered in the company, he was a street dancer and part in two groups called "GO Arts" and "NEURON". He won awards in competitions and festivals of dance with the groups.

  • Park Jimin (Jimin): He's the lead dancer also and the second vocalist. His nicknames are "Mochi, ChimChim, Dooly and Jiminie". He studied in Busan High School of Arts, in the department of modern dance and he was the best in his class. He trained one year contemporary dance and with his experience in dance, he did some steps of choreographies for the group and also a solo dance for one song of their album.

  • Kim Taehyung (V): He's a vocalist and dancer and the second visual of the group. He's raps a few times. His nicknames are "4D, Alien, TaeTae and Blank Tae". He played the saxophone for 3 years, but he left it. He started his acting career in a drama called "Hwarang: The Beginning" as HanSung.

  • Jeon Jungkook (Jungkook): He's the main vocalist, a rapper, one of the main dancer and also the maknae (the Youngest) of the group. His nicknames are "JK, Jungkookie, Kookie, Nochu and Golden Maknae". The last one is because, the group thinks he can do everything very well. Before entering in BigHit Entretainment, 8 other companies wanted to contract him because of his skills. He went to America one month to learn urban dance, feminine style, high performance dance and more.

They are my favourite group because they're unic, their lyrics are beautiful and with a deep meaning, they live for their work, because they love it. Also because they're different. I don't know a singer or a group that tries to express all their feelings, how are they and also tell the world information that isn't relevant in their career.

What do you think about Sasaengs fans?

In our opinion, we think that the Sasangs fans arent good persons. They stalk the person and or the group, and sometimes they even discover their numbers or emails and things like that.

If you don't understand what is a Sasaeng we'll leave down the definition that Wikipedia gave us:

In South Korean culture, a "Sasaeng" or "Sasaeng" fan (사생팬) is an obsessive fan of a Korean Idol, or other public figure, that has engaged in stalking or other questionable behaviour that constitutes an invasion of privacy.

Girls' Generation (SNSD)

Girls' Generation (시대 시대 / Sonyeo Sidae) also known as SNSD, is a South Korean pop group created by SM Entertainment in 2007. The group originally had nine members: Taeyeon, Sunny, Tiffany, Hyoyeon, Yuri , Sooyoung, Yoona, Seohyun and Jessica. On September 30, 2014 Jessica left the group.

Girls' Generation debuted in 2007 with their Korean eponymous debut album. Although the album gained a bit of attention, it was not until 2009 that the group rose to fame with the single "Gee", which won first place at the KBS Music Bank for a record of nine consecutive weeks and was Named the most popular song of the 2000s in South Korea by Melon. Girls' Generation further cemented its popularity in the South Korean music scene with singles "Tell Me Your Wish (Genie)", "Oh!" And "Run Devil Run," which were released in mid-2009 and early 2010.
